1. You must have a listen capacity on Discord or you cannot raid. Please attempt to connect ahead of time to work out any issues.
2. Big Wigs or Deadly Boss Mods are a must. Please check out www.curse.com to ensure you have the most recent versions.
3. Sign up for raids on the website ahead of time to help the Officers and Raid Leaders best plan a night. Check the Raiding Discussion to get up to speed on where the guild is content wise. Also review our No-Show Policy under Required Reading. Please include your raid spec in the signup notes. Because our raids will likely be Heroic at best, there are really no caps to the signup, but we reserve the right to request people who can tank or heal to do so if we are DPS heavy to the detriment to the raid.
4. Familiarize yourself with raid fights ahead of time. Sources like FatBoss on Youtube are full of instructional reading and videos (though not the only option).
5. PAY ATTENTION.
6. Raid leaders are responsible for keeping the raid flowing smoothly, ready checks, etc. If there are issues with a raid leader or the raid in general, please contact an Officer or post your suggestions for improvement on Discord or on the forums.
7. Due to the cross server nature of our guild, we will use personal loot in all raids.
8. Raiders should come prepared by being enchanted and gemmed. Bring the food best suited to your spec as well as your own flasks.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Some simple guidelines to follow:
* Don't bitch if its new content and we wipe a lot.
* If you're given an assignment (healing/tanking/dpsing) DO IT.
* When the Raid leader says clear voice, SHUT THE FUCK UP and listen.
* If you need to go AFK DO NOT do so quietly.
* If you have a better way to do something, Say something.
* If you have a question, ASK IT. Don’t assume we know that you don’t know.
* Keep AFK's to a minimum, or don't be suprised when you are dropped from group.
